The Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) program is your pathway to a rewarding career working with children in Ontario's growing childcare sector. NACC-approved, MCU-recognised — government funding available for eligible applicants.
🏅 NACC-Approved Program — Recognised by the Ontario Ministry of Colleges & Universities (MCU)
Early Childhood Assistants work alongside registered ECEs to provide care for children from infancy to 12 years. You'll help plan activities, support development milestones, and create safe nurturing environments in licensed childcare centres across Ontario.
The Government of Canada reports a good employment outlook for ECAs in Ontario for 2024–2026, with the Province committed to creating 86,000 new childcare spaces by 2026 — meaning strong, stable job demand for qualified graduates.
Touch Abroad connects eligible applicants to this program with government funding support and complete enrollment assistance.
